Geek+ seeks a seasoned system support engineer to troubleshoot complex issues in robotics-enabled logistics environments. You will work with L1/L2 teams to analyze anomalies and drive performance improvements across platforms.
Collaborating with R&D;, product, and other departments, you will document solutions, assist with upgrades, and train customers to boost frontline problem-solving capabilities. Solid MySQL, Linux, Java, and networking skills required.
