This full-time role demands expertise in program development, safety standards, and guest engagement. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of arts and athletic programming
• Ensure safety and operational excellence at facilities
• Recruit, train, and manage seasonal staff
• Implement creative activities and lesson plans

Requirements:
• 5 years of summer camp experience preferred
• 2-3 years in a leadership role
• College or university degree required
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
