As part of Norfolk County's commitment to aquatic safety and excellence, we are seeking two part-time Instructor Guards. You will manage classes, safeguard pool users, and provide top-tier instruction aligned with Lifesaving Society standards. The role demands strong leadership, critical thinking, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach swimming programs and ensure safety supervision
• Manage class activities and assess risk effectively
• Prepare lesson plans and evaluate swim classes
• Perform lifeguard duties during recreational swims




• Maintain pool facility cleanliness and compliance

Requirements:
• Current Lifesaving Society Instructor and Swim Instructor Certification
• National Lifeguard Award and Standard First Aid with CPR Level C
• Experience in aquafitness instruction required
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• High degree of vigilance in pool environments
