In this full-time, year-round role, you will supervise and guide your crew through various tree care services. You’ll leverage your expertise to mentor less experienced arborists and manage expectations for customer service. Your leadership will be vital in ensuring the team operates safely while executing tree pruning, removal, and maintenance services efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely lead a crew providing arboricultural services
• Supervise equipment use and direct crew activities
• Assist in maintenance and operation of tools and machinery




• Perform tree pruning and safe removal for clients
• Manage customer service expectations effectively

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience as an Arborist
• ISA certification or enrollment in an arboriculture program
• Valid provincial driver’s license; 5-ton vehicle license is an asset

• Strong skills in tree and shrub identification
