Our branch located in Sudbury is looking for a parts advisor.
Salary 26$ à 30$/hour

Responsibilities Welcome clients, identify and respond to their needs;
Offer information regarding warranties, prices, part quality, delivery times and payment methods;
Submit quotes,



follow up with clients and close sales;
Complete internal supporting documents for all transactions (credits, invoices, work orders, etc.);
Contact existing and current customers to communicate information on promotions;
Support the service department (supply of parts for technicians);
Coordinate repairs with the service manager to meet deadlines;
Ensure optimal merchandising of products;
Participate in inventory management;
Take care of the delivery and shipping of products and ensure their efficient organization;
Efficiently maintain workspaces;
Comply with health and safety rules and regulations.
