We are seeking a Bilingual (English/French) Junior IT/VoIP Call Centre Tech to join our team! You will work with our IT/VoIP project support team to support our clients across Canada and the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a large number of calls in a timely and efficient manner.
Identify customer needs.
Implement the correct solutions for customers.
Use our ticketing system to track customer requests and resolutions.
Meet targets in terms of response time and customer satisfaction.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS Work from our office in Vaughan, Ontario.
Some experience providing technical support to end users in a Microsoft Enterprise environment and/or post secondary education in an IT related field.
Must have strong verbal and written fluency in English and French.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Deadline and detail oriented.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
Must provide a clean Criminal Background Check (CRJMC).
Genuine interest in learning telephony and Linux systems.
ASSETS (NOT REQUIRED – WE TRAIN) Any exposure to VoIP, SIP, or 3CX v20.
Debian OS.




Home lab, home lab networking, or self-taught IT tinkering.
CompTIA A+/Network+ or IT-related education.

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT Full Time.
SALARY RANGE $50K to $60K per year, based on skills and experience.

Any after-hours work is paid at a minimum of 3 hours per occurrence.
