As a Junior Service Advisor with Woodbridge Hyundai, you will join a committed team under the umbrella of Lithia and Driveway, North America’s largest automotive retailer. This role emphasizes outstanding customer service while you assist with service appointments, respond to inquiries, and keep customers informed about their vehicles. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with their service requirements
• Respond to inquiries promptly and accurately




• Schedule service appointments and gather customer data
• Create and manage work orders for vehicle services
• Invoice and accept payments, submitting necessary reports

Requirements:
• Preferred experience with Hyundai or similar service
• 1-2 years as Service Advisor is an asset
• Familiarity with CDK software
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract
• Aptitude for numbers and organization
