This full-time, on-site role involves supporting the Press Operator to ensure smooth production processes. You'll learn quality assurance by comparing print samples, monitor ink levels, and assist in staging finished products. Your commitment to excellence will help the team uphold high standards of safety, quality, and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Press Operator to maximize press productivity
• Monitor and refill ink buckets every 30 minutes
• Splice old and current rolls for print continuity
• Install/uninstall rolls on the press
• Palletize and stage finished rolls for shipment

Requirements:
• Experience in flexographic or litho press environments
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Mechanical aptitude with effective communication skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
