Walmart Canada is hiring a Stocking 1 Team Associate at its Winkler, Manitoba location. This role involves completing assigned stocking activities, accurately signing merchandise, maintaining modular integrity, and providing excellent customer service in a protected and clean store environment.

Responsibilities

Greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting with product/service promotion, locating merchandise, and resolving customer issues

Reviewing workload for assigned areas of the store

Accurately signing merchandise

Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity standards

Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process

Using proper fixtures, supplies, and tools to complete necessary tasks

Contributing to a safe, clean, and hazard‑free work environment through adherence to company policy, safety sweep logs,



and securing displays and fixtures

Preparing the backroom for the stock unloading process

Compensation & Benefits
