As a Supervised Instructor Therapist (ABA) on our team, you are an integral part of our specialized services for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other developmental disabilities. You will work with an interdisciplinary team of experts to support your clients in achieving their goals. Our commitment to excellence goes beyond the way we serve our communities. Job Type: Part-time, center-based (Markham) and school-based setting. Travel is required. Headcount: 2. Salary: From $21-24/hr

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 1PM - 7:30PM ET
Friday - 9AM - 7:30 PM ET
Saturday - 9am - 4pm ET

Take an inside look at what you will do each day:

Prepare and conduct comprehensive (intensive) ABA therapy sessions

Collect and graph data

Maintain client binders and materials

Maintain daily written communication logs with family and other staff

Demonstrate therapy sessions to families and other professionals as required

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

Uphold Centre policies and procedures

Attend training sessions, workshops, online courses, etc. as set out by Monarch House

Attend Monarch House social and public events

Here is what you will need to be successful

Availability required during peak program hours, including weekly after-school shifts (4:00–7:30 PM) and weekends; candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 out of 5 weekday evenings

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Must be open to in-home service

Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a personal vehicle

Experience supporting children with special needs, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Prior experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services is considered an asset

Background in tutoring or academic support is considered an asset

Experience in camp settings, group leadership,



or counseling roles is considered an asset
