In this role at Schlegel Villages, you will design and implement cognitive and physical exercise programs tailored to individual and group needs. Collaboration with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and external partners is key to achieving resident goals. Additionally, you will supervise Kinesiology Co-Op placements and facilitate educational sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design innovative cognitive and physical exercise programs

• Conduct resident transfer assessments as needed

Requirements:
• Degree in Kinesiology with a focus on psychomotor behavior
• Familiarity with working with seniors and cognitive impairments
• Registration with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario (preferred)
• Experience in retirement or long-term care sectors
• Solid leadership and communication skills
