Gerdau is seeking a Production Utility Person to work in the finishing end area of its Rolling Mill. The ideal candidate will have a solid work ethic and excel in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include handling finished products, assisting machine operators, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle, sort, and stack finished products and scrap
• Inspect bar products during the processing stages
• Tag and inventory products using automated systems
• Assist in equipment set-up and troubleshooting
• Clean machines and work areas regularly

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must effectively communicate and work in teams
• Physically fit for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Basic computer skills needed
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts
