Familiarity with safety protocols, inspection standards, and quality control processes is essential. Your role will require flexibility and teamwork to maintain production flow and equipment readiness, alongside effective communication with team members and leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Setup and operate presses with precision
• Ensure compliance with safety and inspection standards
• Maintain communication regarding production issues




• Organize tools and accessibility for quick die changes
• Prepare and clean workspace pre- and post-setup

Requirements:
• Valid high school diploma or technical background
• Forklift and crane certifications required
• Solid math skills and attention to detail
• Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred
• Willingness to assist with overtime as needed
