As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will ensure compliance with the College of Nurses standards. You will also coordinate care for residents and foster communication with their families. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day unit staff activities
• Coordinate resident care with the interdisciplinary team
• Communicate effectively with families regarding care
• Implement high-quality nursing standards in practice
• Assist with administrative tasks as required

Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Competence from CNO
• Previous nursing experience is an asset
• Valid CPR Certificate
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to converse in Chinese is a plus
