Job Synopsis
Production Associate plays a key role in meeting production targets while ensuring quality standards and pricing procedures are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities Production/Workroom Associates ensure product is processed efficiently, key role in keeping product selection, quantity and quality are maintained on the retail floor. Duties include but are not limited to:
Ensure product quality standards are sorting procedures are adhered to,
Product sorting and pricing,




Assist volunteers in the pricing and sorting out donations,
Workroom organization,
Keep the processing area clean and explicit of debris,
Other tasks assigned by either the Production Manager or the General Manager,
Cover cash desk as required.

Salary Details Employer paid health, dental & vision, AD&D;, Life - available upon hire. Matching 5% RRSP program. Optional critical illness coverage.
Additional Information Challenges: This position is physically demanding, requiring lifting and extended periods of standing and walking. This position requires good mobility, with bending and some use of ladders and stools required.
