Key responsibilities include delivering therapeutic services, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. You'll also contribute to care planning and facilitate communication between community resources and patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide counseling services to patients/residents and support groups
• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and keep accurate records




• Coordinate interdisciplinary case conferences for effective planning
• Engage with families and community resources for patient support
• Develop and deliver training sessions for staff development

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work required
• Minimum of one year relevant social work experience
• Active registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers
• Robust skills in assessment, communication, and teamwork
• Capable of handling conflict and providing supervision
