Food Service Supervisor
Thakkar Hospitality BC-LM Inc. DBA Tim Hortons Restaurant located in Vancouver, BC is looking for ten permanent, full-time Food Service Supervisors to join their team.

Wage: $20.45 per hour; 32 hours per week

Number of positions: 10

Terms of Employment: Full time and Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties

Establish methods to meet work schedules

Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Address customers’ complaints or concerns

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Prepare food order summaries for chef

Perform same duties as workers supervised

Qualifications

Completion of high school is required

Knowledge of English language is required

Minimum of one year of work experience required in a similar field

Must be prepared to work under pressure
