We are currently seeking a Junior Service Advisor/Service Co-ordinator to join our Service team in Oakville. This is an excellent prospect for an organized, customer-focused professional looking to grow their career within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities Assist Service Advisors with day-to-day operations
Create, update and maintain repair orders using CDK Drive
Schedule customer service appointments
Welcome customers and provide a professional first impression
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
Communicate with customers regarding appointment details and service updates
Coordinate vehicle pickups, deliveries and loaner vehicle arrangements when required
Process invoices, payments and warranty documentation as needed
Work closely with Parts and Service teams to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain organized files and administrative records
Support the team with various administrative duties and special projects
Deliver a luxury-level customer experience at every interaction
Answer incoming service calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications Previous automotive dealership experience is required
Experience using CDK Drive (or strong familiarity with CDK)

Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Service Coordinator, Warranty Administrator, Appointment Coordinator or dealership administrative role is considered an asset
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Professional and polished demeanor
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record is an asset
