The Department of Pediatrics seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant II to provide essential administrative support. You will be involved in office coordination, liaising with families, and assisting clinical faculty. Key tasks include calendar management, billing procedures, and maintaining activity databases relevant for the Division of Immunology Allergy and Dermatology.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Assist with RMA/OHIP billing and financial processing
• Coordinate events and prepare meeting minutes




• Conduct searches for resources and compile reports
• Maintain and update various databases and systems

Requirements:
• College diploma in Office Administration or related field
• Three years of relevant administrative experience
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
• Experience in clinical or academic environments is preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
