Plasti-Fab, a Carlisle Company, is seeking a Machine Operator for the night shift (11pm - 7am). This role involves operating various machines to meet daily production goals and maintain quality standards.

As a Machine Operator, you will work 40 hours a week with occasional overtime. Your primary responsibilities include preparing machines for production, cycling materials to finish products, and ensuring machine performance is optimal. You will also be involved in cleaning, quality checks, and assisting other operators as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate multiple machines: expander, blockmoulder, cutting, and more
• Monitor machinery for optimal performance and adherence to safety
• Stack, sort, and bundle materials per department standards
• Ensure quality by recording data on produced materials
• Assist Operators II & III with packaging and other tasks

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
