We are hiring Staging and Banquet Set-Up Crew Members for events in Downtown Toronto starting December 4, 2025. Compensation ranges from $20–$25 CAD per hour based on experience.

Join us in preparing event spaces while ensuring all layouts meet defined standards. This role requires a high level of professionalism and organization, as you'll be directly impacting the success of our events. Strong communication and teamwork are key to this operation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately follow floor plans and supervisor guidance
• Ensure clean and safe work areas
• Assist in loading and unloading event equipment
• Work collaboratively with all team members
• Maintain a polished and skilled appearance

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in staging or similar fields
• Ability to lift and handle furniture and equipment
• Must dress in all-black professional attire
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual, reliable, and committed to high standards
