JOB DESCRIPTION As a Project Controls Specialist, you will support program success by serving as a subject matter expert in project controls and Earned Value Management (EVM). Working with a variety of stakeholders, you will contribute to performance management systems, reporting, trend analysis, process development, system maintenance, and performance surveillance, while ensuring accurate and timely internal and external reporting. This role plays a key part in maintaining consistent project controls practices that enable informed decision-making and effective program execution.RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to setting and maintaining a Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) within the EVMS including configuration control of the PMB through application of Baseline Change Requests. Weekly and periodic processing of EVMS data and updates, including reviews for data consistency. Producing program performance reports, which could include trend analysis, for various stakeholders.
