We are seeking a Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for repairing and maintaining various types of boats, atv's, utv's and snowmobiles. We offer competitive wages, benefits and training.*Duties** Diagnose mechanical problems using appropriate testing equipment and techniques on marine, atv's, utv's, lawn & garden.* Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and machinery to prevent breakdowns.* Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools.* Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed,



and parts used.* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.* Stay updated on current technologies and repair techniques in the industry.*Experience** Experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role is a asset but willing to train right candidate.* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical manuals and schematics.* Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively.* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
