You will plan, coordinate, and execute work while guiding a team of designers and EITs to deliver high‑quality design solutions.In this role, you will:Manage infrastructure upgrades, subdivision developments, and the design/construction of water, sewer, drainage, and transportation systemsProvide technical direction to EITs and designers on preliminary and detailed design packagesEstimate project costs, complete analyses and calculations, and prepare reports, proposals, and contract documentsBuild and maintain business relationships with current and prospective clientsCollaborate with clients, colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders to clarify project expectationsMonitor schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high‑quality outcomesDevelop project work plans, including schedules, milestones, risks, and control strategiesProactively address performance, scope,
