Software Engineer on the Developer Platform team, you will lead the design and development of the APIs, events, and frameworks that empower external developers to build integrations and plug-ins for Dialpad This platform is central to scaling Dialpad’s integration ecosystem, ensuring third-party developers have the robust tools they need to create seamless experiences for our customers. This includes backend public APIs, event frameworks, frontend plug-in frameworks, and client libraries You will own a set of core components within the Developer Platform team, translating developer workflows and business needs—identified in partnership with our technical product manager—into high‑quality, scalable technical solutions You will help shape the 6-12 month technical direction for the platform, break down complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables, and solve technical challenges through shared tools and patterns You will be expected to operate with little guidance, make pragmatic business and technical trade-offs, and mentor other engineers through design, implementation, code review,
