Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the design, scalability, resilience, and security of Bell's enterprise Elastic platform. This role will shape the technical direction of a multi-terabyte security analytics environment supporting SOC operations, threat detection,



incident response, and compliance initiatives. Working across Elastic, Kafka, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible, you will serve as the platform's technical authority, driving architecture decisions, mentoring senior engineers, and ensuring the platform remains secure, highly available, and ready for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and evolve the target architecture for the Elastic deployment: cluster topology, data tiering (hot/warm/cold/frozen), index and ILM strategy, cross-cluster search and replication, and capacity planning for multi-TB daily ingest.
- Design for resilience on OpenShift with ECK: upgrade strategy, disaster recovery, high availability across data centers.
- Own the platform's security design: authentication and RBAC, encryption, network segmentation, audit logging, and whatever our compliance obligations
