As a Senior Staff Engineer at Capital One Software Studio, you will orchestrate the creation of technology solutions that align with our business goals.

For the new projects, you will closely work with your business partners to create sound business architectures. By day's end, you will have contributed to solutions and strategies that will shape our future,



ensuring that all solutions are not only innovative but also follow our architectural and security standards. Define and drive the technical strategy and vision for complex, multi-domain Android platform needs, providing hands-on engineering guidance to ensure successful execution.

Act as a recognized thought leader, influencing architectural roadmaps and major technical investments across the organization and contributing expertise on how evolving technology affects the domain. Work as part of a dynamic mobile team throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. Elevate the technical bar by mentoring and coaching engineers and other senior technical leaders, in addition to providing mentorship to Junior, Intermediate, and Senior mobile associates.
