PRT is seeking a Grower 2 to support nursery operations and assist with producing high-quality forest seedlings. This full-time position demands a passion for nature, with responsibilities spanning nutrient application, irrigation systems, and pest management. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement water and fertilization programs based on Crop Prescriptions
• Operate the Argus Environmental Control System for irrigation




• Monitor seedling growth using morphological measurements
• Conduct insect and disease inspections and control methods
• Maintain detailed records, including computerized systems

Requirements:
• Experience in nursery or propagation environments
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and crop monitoring
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transport
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
