Lead impactful donor relations at the Children's Hearing & Speech Centre of BC. As a part-time Manager of Donor Relations & Philanthropy, you'll inspire giving to support children with hearing differences.
In this pivotal role, reporting to the Executive Director, you will drive the Centre's annual fundraising program and build authentic relationships. Your background in donor stewardship and community engagement will be essential. This position combines strategic insight and hands-on execution, allowing you to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire philanthropic investment through relationship building
• Lead annual fundraising initiatives for the Centre
• Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and foundations
• Develop proposals and communicate impact effectively
• Participate in community events and donor meetings
Requirements:
• Five years of experience in fundraising or relationship management
• Proven success in achieving fundraising goals
• Robust written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with donor relationship management systems
• Ability to work independently with a collaborative approach
