Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario seeks a Technical Trainer to uphold quality control of snow school lessons, training curriculum, and instructor training. This full time seasonal role collaborates with Managers to ensure orientations, on-snow training, and staffing schedules meet labour goals.
The role leads development, delivery, and evaluation of instructor programs aligned with CSIA, CASI, PSIC, and resort standards, and coordinates onboarding and seasonal plans with Snow School leadership.
