ParaMed is seeking a Registered Nurse in a community nursing role delivering care to patients in home settings across the Halton region. You will perform assessments, implement care plans, and build trusting relationships with patients and families in their own homes.
You must have active CNO registration and a nursing diploma (RPN). A driver’s license and ability to travel within the designated area are required, with on-call duties including after hours to ensure patient safety.
