HealthOPM is seeking dedicated Registered Practical Nurses who are passionate about delivering resident-centered care within the Goderich area. This role offers full-time, part-time, and casual opportunities, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors. You will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring health, and collaborating with care teams to develop tailored care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate nursing care according to CNO standards
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments




• Monitor and document residents' health changes
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans
• Support and mentor Personal Support Workers

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse with CNO in valuable standing
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check
• Current TB screening and CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in retirement or long-term care is an asset
• Strong clinical and communication skills
