Rakuten Kobo Inc. seeks a Business Operations Intern - B2B Support for a 12‑month term beginning in August 2026.
You will triage inbound tickets from publishers, authors, and internal teams, investigate issues, and help create knowledge articles to support Kobo Writing Life and the audiobook/eBook ecosystem. You will collect feedback, generate reports, and assist in documenting processes to drive operational improvements across Kobo’s publishing platforms.
