Lead mental health initiatives in Winnipeg as a Clinical Team Leader at Shared Health. This in-person role focuses on crisis intervention and clinical coordination.

In this 0.70 FTE position, you will supervise clinical operations in the Provincial Virtual Crisis Services unit. Your primary focus includes implementing therapeutic interventions and enhancing program standards. Experience in crisis response and clinical leadership will be crucial as you work with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership and coordination for crisis services
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and clinical supervision
• Facilitate crisis on-call support as needed




• Manage and research information relevant to services
• Develop programs and set practice standards

Requirements:
• 4-5 years of clinical experience in mental health
• 3 years of supervisory experience in a unionized environment
• Post-secondary degree in a related health discipline required
• Eligibility for qualified practice registration
• Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle

This role requires expertise in mental health crisis intervention and a commitment to promoting recovery in Winnipeg.
