Job Details This role is in support of Cencora’s patient and provider support and pharma commercialization services in Canada marketed through our Innomar Strategies business. Actual duties and responsibilities may vary based on business needs, local requirements, and operational practices. Where a team member's role is governed by an employment agreement, local terms and conditions, prior job description or collective bargaining agreement, those documents shall prevail in case of any inconsistency. Mandatory local laws shall also prevail.
Responsibilities Coordinates compliance reviews of client-facing scientific processes, records, and deliverables to support adherence to regulatory, quality, and contractual requirements.
Maintains compliance documentation, evidence files, logs, and tracking tools to improve audit readiness, traceability, and reporting accuracy.
Validates client and project records for completeness, consistency, and control effectiveness to identify gaps and support timely remediation.
Facilitates issue tracking, corrective actions, and follow-up activities to help resolve compliance observations and reduce repeat findings.




Collaborates with consulting teams, quality partners, and client stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate risks, and support compliant execution.
Monitors compliance metrics, trends, and exceptions to support reporting, decision-making, and continuous improvement of client service processes.
Supports the development and standardization of compliance procedures, templates, and work instructions to strengthen delivery quality and operational consistency.
Education High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience 2+ years of experience in regulatory operations, regulatory affairs support, scientific consulting operations, or a related field required.
Certifications Certification in Regulatory Affairs or Regulatory Operations preferred.
Certification in project management or project coordination preferred.
