What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and by email
Assist customers with product selection and technical solutions
Prepare quotations and process orders
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Respond to pricing, product, and availability inquiries
Recommend alternative and complementary products




Help drive branch sales growth through excellent service
What We're Looking For Experience in sales, customer service, electrical distribution, construction, industrial supply, or a related field
Effective communication and critical thinking skills
Positive, customer-focused attitude
Comfortable using computers and business systems
Knowledge of electrical products is an asset
