HealthOPM is seeking dedicated RPNs to provide safe nursing care in the Goderich area. In this role, you will assess resident health, administer medications, and develop tailored care plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate nursing care per CNO standards
• Administer medications and nursing interventions
• Assess and monitor residents' health changes
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans
• Respond to medical concerns and emergencies

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse status with CNO
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check within 12 months
• Current TB clearance and CPR certification
• Experience in seniors' care is an asset
• Robust communication and clinical assessment skills
