What you will do
Consult with guests and recommend cuts, colour and treatments for their hair and lifestyle
Cut, colour, highlight, style and treat to the Fresh & Co. standard
Build and grow a loyal personal clientele, and rebook every guest
Recommend take-home products you believe in
Keep a clean, welcoming station that meets Alberta health standards
Take part in ongoing education and team training
What we are looking for
An Alberta Hairstylist Journeyperson Certificate, or status as a registered apprentice in positive standing
A portfolio of your work (your Instagram is perfect)
Strong cutting and colour fundamentals, and warm consultation skills
A reliable, team-first attitude
