In this role, you'll provide high-quality technical support, educate customers about our products, and collaborate with the Outside Sales team to expand our client base. You will also handle order processing and support administrative sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional technical support and services to customers
• Process customer orders and data entry efficiently
• Prepare accurate quotations, bids, and letters




• Collaborate with Outside Sales to grow customer relationships
• Assist with warehouse tasks and administrative duties as needed

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1+ years in wholesale distribution
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with various technologies and computer applications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
