Key Responsibilities:
• Address technical inquiries via email and phone
• Document incidents in the IT service management tool
• Compile monthly IT operations reports




• Manage equipment lifecycle tasks for IT assets
• Maintain shared IT services like AV equipment and printers

Requirements:
• Minimum two years in IT service or support roles
• Experience with ticketing systems preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL standards
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
