Become a vital part of Intact's Customer Accounts team as a part time Representative. Deliver top-tier customer service while managing billing needs in a hybrid call center environment.

This role is based in our St. John's office, offering flexible schedules while requiring a commitment to work 21 hours weekly including Saturdays and holidays. You will excel in guiding brokers and clients through their account and billing inquiries, all while enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer billing inquiries via phone
• Maintain high call center metrics and customer satisfaction
• Communicate account changes clearly via email
• Assist in processing payments and premium refunds
• Promote self-service tools for enhanced customer experience

Requirements:
• Minimum one year customer service experience
• Familiarity with customer billing practices preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
