Your main duties will include managing service tickets, providing first-level technical support for the Provincial Public Safety Telecommunications Network, and maintaining accurate data within agency systems. You'll communicate with clients regarding outages and enhancements, ensuring a seamless support system.

Key Responsibilities:
• Help develop a comprehensive tiered helpdesk support structure
• Process and prioritize incoming trouble tickets
• Maintain and update data in agency management systems




• Monitor and report on PPSTN Radio towers' status
• Create and revise documentation for system support

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent necessary
• Typing speed of 35 words per minute or more
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite tools
• Advanced capabilities in computer operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
