As a mentor, you will support participants' growth through discussions, creative projects, and physical activities. You will create a safe and encouraging environment, promoting open communication and trust. Your role will foster participation and help girls develop essential leadership skills, utilizing the curriculum provided.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide participants through leadership discussions
• Organize and lead engaging creative activities
• Cultivate a respectful and safe workplace for girls
• Establish trust and relationships with group members
• Implement provided resources and curricula effectively

Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Committed to a background check
• Comfortable with commuting to Oakville
• Strong interest in youth mentorship
• Skills in group facilitation are a plus
