Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Corporate Law Clerk to join our team. This role involves maintaining corporate records, preparing legal documentation, assisting with corporate transactions, and coordinating filings to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and organize corporate legal documents, including resolutions, agreements, amendments, and corporate governance materialsMaintain corporate minute books, entity records, and organizational chartsAssist with incorporations, dissolutions, mergers, reorganizations, and other corporate transactionsCoordinate regulatory and statutory filings with government authoritiesSupport compliance with corporate governance requirements and internal policiesConduct legal and corporate research as requiredTrack deadlines, manage document databases, and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of recordsAssist with due diligence processes for transactions and auditsQualifications & ExperienceDiploma or degree in law, legal studies,
