The IT Project Manager II will manage IT initiatives while leading PMO practices , processes, and build-out. This role has the potential to evolve into a PMO Manager position. You’ll work closely with product managers, architects, developers, and QA specialists to ensure projects and PMO practices deliver clarity, accountability, and measurable impact. Responsibilities Manage IT projects with budgets ranging from $15K to $500K. Lead the build-out or evolution of PMO processes, including standards, templates, and governance. Define project scope, monitor progress, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Establish roles, responsibilities, and expectations across cross-functional teams. Track, report,



and communicate progress to stakeholders at all levels. Support IT portfolio planning, roadmaps, and release schedules aligned with business priorities. Qualifications 5+ years IT Project Management experience delivering complex initiatives. PMP certification required; CSM considered anasset. Strong Agile experience; Waterfall knowledge is a plus. Demonstrated PMO experience — ideally built a PMO from scratch or contributed significantly to one. Proficient in MS Project and Azure DevOps. Solid understanding of SDLC and application development lifecycle. Proven ability to communicate PMO advantages, champion change, and influence stakeholders.
