Job DescriptionAs a Senior Manager, Treasury Solutions with RBC's Treasury Solutions Corporate Coverage team, you will be responsible to proactively provide advice and enable clients to leverage RBC's cash management solutions, taking responsibility for clients' onboarding, activation and ongoing adoption of digital solutions. You will manage and grow revenue from a portfolio of complex corporate clients by offering a full suite of cash management solutions. You will execute on the client sales plan, delivering a differentiated client experience by offering cash management solutions focused on meeting clients' business and financial goals to grow relationships, enhance loyalty and drive innovation with our clients.What will you do?Build relationships and manage revenue growth within a portfolio of clients with a focus on recognizing and supporting client needs, enhancing client loyalty and sharing opportunities for additional RBC productsAct as the single point of contact throughout the cash management end-to-end onboarding process, partner with the relationship team and follow up with clients to ensure an exceptional client experiencePartner with Relationship Managers to develop a coordinated client contact strategy and to complete annual relationship reviews, ensuring future client needs are identified and metProvide tailored advice and insights to clients on new or emerging issues that will impact their businessLead with a growth mindset, focusing on what's possible to maximize client acquisition, growth and an exceptional client experienceDeliver financial and business "Insight" advice through a differentiated value proposition by presenting solutions that clearly articulate the benefits and advantages to the client; help the client to understand alternatives,
