As a Security Manager for PCL's Defence Construction Group (DCG) , you’ll have the prospect to lead security considerations and planning, and support delivery, for pan-Canadian defence-related pursuits and projects. Working closely with Canadian Buildings district teams, this role provides expert guidance, support, and assistance in establishing and sustaining district and project security clearances and certifications, developing project security implementation plans, and supporting the selection of PCL security professionals for defence projects. The role also contributes strategic advice on defence and government security matters,



helping ensure PCL remains a trusted construction industry leader in security planning and execution. Familiarity with National Defence, Canadian Armed Forces, and Government of Canada Contract Security Program security policies and requirements, protocols, and procedures will enhance the business priorities and continued growth of PCL's Defence Construction Group. The position is based in Ottawa, Ontario, with regular travel throughout Canada to support defence-related pursuits, projects, district teams, and security programs. Why Choose PCL?
