Fueling Brains seeks a Group Teacher to nurture children aged 2.8 to 6 years through play-based learning in a supportive environment. This role is centered on building solid relationships and ensuring each child's growth and development.

As a vital member of the Fueling Brains team, the Group Teacher will engage with a designated age group and collaborate closely with Lead Teachers. Key responsibilities include observing progress, documenting milestones, and fostering independence in young learners. You'll be instrumental in adapting approaches to fit the unique needs of students while ensuring smooth transitions between learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build trusting relationships with each child in your group
• Partner with Lead Teachers in co-facilitating lessons




• Observe and document children's developmental progress
• Communicate daily updates to families with warmth
• Support and mentor newer educators in the program

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or Level 3 Certification
• Minimum 2 years in licensed childcare or preschool settings
• Demonstrated success with preschool-aged children
• Strong communication skills to foster family trust
• Completed criminal record check and First Aid Certification
