We are seeking self-driven, full-time Registered Nurses to deliver care to ALC clients in their homes. This role focuses on conducting assessments, crafting personalized care plans, and collaborating with care teams. Commitment to a consistent schedule is essential as you will attend to multiple patients each day.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement personalized care plans for clients
• Administer medications and document care accurately
• Observe vital signs and report to care coordinators




• Assist clients with mobility and safety measures
• Ensure adherence to infection control procedures

Requirements:
• Active RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Updated CPR and First Aid certifications
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle
• Explicit criminal background check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Proven experience in community or in-home care
