What We Offer:
Competitive wage: $25–$35/hour (based on experience)
Opportunity for mutually agreed upon overtime
Responsibilities:
Assisting with residential and commercial renovations & builds
Site prep, material handling, and clean-up
Supporting carpenters and trades as needed
Basic construction tasks (demolition, framing support, drywall assistance, etc.)
Maintaining a clean, secure, and organized work site
Requirements:
Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction
Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
Willing to work hard and learn on the job
Construction experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and own transportation
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Basic tools considered an asset
Able to communicate clearly and work well with a team
